The Solution

With options for ground floor commercial and upper floors as offices, or possibly conversion to residential, the building was marketed for its redevelopment potential. Marketing was targeted at both investors and developers.

The property ultimately sold to a local investor and Cushman & Wakefield Kingston is currently acting as Leasing Broker for the space.
