RESTAURANT WITH PATIO FOR LEASE IN KINGSTON'S EAST END

A dental clinic and Pita Pit have leased commercial units in the New Empire's commercial plaza on the corner of 96 Innovation Drive. The plaza holds seven units, six of which have been leased and occupied by Quesada, Dominos, a veterinarian clinic, Popeyes, a dental clinic, and Pita Pit. Leaving only unit 1 left available for lease, which is 3,552 sf +/- in size and features a 1,600 sf +/- patio ideal for a restaurant.

The plaza is a new development, situated in Kingston's east end which is seeing continued growth with ongoing residential construction and a new third crossing over the Cataraqui River. Located on the northwest corner at the main entrance of the St. Lawrence Business Park which is nearing full capacity.
