"Local Planning Appeal Tribunal to order new hearing on proposed developments for Queen Street
On Dec. 23, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT), which makes rulings on proposed developments, let the City of Kingston know that it is rescinding an Aug. 9, 2019 ruling on plans for tall buildings proposed for 51-57 Queen St. and 18 Queen St./282 Ontario St.
